I feel like this place went down the tubes after changing ownership a while back. It's less friendly, for sure. We were in there yesterday (on a Saturday) at 10am and they had about 10 bagels total left, and odd flavors at that (Swiss Melt and some kind of baked cheddar one, for example). We commented on the lack of variety and the employee behind the counter shrugged it off, making no apology or seeming like she cared at all. I asked if they were expecting more soon; she said simply "No." I further asked, "Really? Not even any plain or wheat ones?" "No. We have bread." Are you kidding me? I didn't come to a muffin/bagel shop for a breakfast sandwich on toasted bread. The most lame part of this whole ridiculous thing was the lack of care from the staff. We probably won't be back.

Really enjoyed the bagel with lox! I had the cheddar herb bagel and it was so soft and fresh and flavorful! The lox and cream cheese were delectable! Fabulous breakfast! There were many different bagel flavors to choose from and also different cream cheese spreads. The muffin selection was unbelievable! Multiple choices of chocolate, cheesecake flavors and others. The New York almond cheesecake muffin was amazing! The boston creme looked good as well. Fast, friendly service and bagels so soft and delicious! If I lived in this area I would eat here regularly! Very close to the Days Inn and perfect breakfast for a morning of traveling.

This review is based solely on the sandwiches and mini muffins on a weekday at lunch time. They suck. That was pretty much the experience in a nutshell for my party of 6. Guess that's why they didn't go with My Favorite Sandwich.

I stumbled upon My Favorite Muffin as we were getting an oil change at Grease Monkey. It was early on a Saturday, so we decided to find some breakfast. I hate to compare businesses here, but MFM to me was similar to Bruegger's Bagel, Einstein's Bagel and Panera all mixed together. I've just never been to a My Favorite Muffin, so that is what I had to compare it to. The food case at the counter was full of wonderful looking muffins, mini muffins and treats. Their menu looked great with sandwiches, salads, bagels, muffins and Brewster's coffee. We ordered bagel sandwiches and a drink. As we were sitting there, we kept peeking at the muffins and gave into a Blueberry Cheesecake muffin. We were so glad we did. It was awesome!

iI like my morning bagel. Yelp led me to this place and Yelp was right. Nice selection of bagels (oh how I wish for more places to have pumpernickel - They did not) The staff was very cheerful and ready process any request. It is clean new and the bagels were so fresh! If I was a local I would be a real regular!

I really like this chain, however I will say the muffins at the Grand Junction location tend to be a bit dryer than I remember at other locations. But it's a nice treat for breakfast if your traveling through. Especially compared to a lot of the other breakfast options in town.

Nice breakfast sandwiches with your typical coffee selections. Very clean and pleasent staff to help you. Uausally a free local paper to enjoy while you sit your espresso.

I'm from Anaheim California. Love your bfast sandwiches and fantastic muffins. Was visiting friends and my last morning was at your shop. Wonderful. If I could ship those Boston cream muffins to my house I would. Staff was very nice. I WILL BE BACK. :-)

I was sure glad to see that Grand Junction now sports a "My Favorite Muffin." I got a decadent lemon, pound-cake muffin and a terrific breakfast sandwich on a tasty bagel. What a great way to start a Western Colorado Sunday morning.

Yummy muffins and great sandwiches. I love stopping here to get the mini muffin tins for my customers. They make great food for meetings or in the office. Staff is super friendly and the owner is always there working when I come in which keeps me coming back.

I love this place because its not on Main Street and if I want to avoid everyone I know,(ha!) I come here:) staff is friendly and the smoothies are great. Blue berry muffins are the best muffins here and their bagels are awesome.

These muffins are killer. Eating one of them will fill you up for most of the morning. Also their breakfast sandwichs are good as is their lunch menu. Good for breakfast or lunch.

Yum! We missed our free hotel breakfast and decided to check out this place. So glad we did! The staff was friendly and the selection was great. Cheddar jalapeño cream cheese?! Yes please. We had the Parmesan bagel and the Swiss Melt (spinach with Swiss cheese). Both were delicious. You could actually taste the cheese. This seems obvious but at our usually bagel places, you see the cheese but taste nothing.
